October,04 (PNB News). As many as 25 Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) insurgents had been arrested in an ongoing anti-terrorist crackdown in the Nineveh governorate on Saturday. According to the Iraqi military, successful anti-insurgent operations were launched in different parts of Nineveh province which ended up with desired results.
During a wide-scale operation in Iraq’s Kirkuk area last month, Iraqi security forces uncovered huge amounts of rockets, light and heavy weapons belonging to ISIL militants.
