October, 20, Iraq (PNB News). The Iraqi Prime Minister emphasized that the recently held parliamentary elections in Iraq on October 10 were conducted in a healthy, Transparent, and open way. Mustafa Al-Kadhimi urged everyone to put partisanship and personal differences aside. He made the comments, during a ceremony in Baghdad commemorating the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet, and in response to recent protests in the country over the results of Iraq’s October 10 snap parliamentary elections.
The Iraqi leader went on to say that his government had overcome the tough period of monetary, budgetary, and health crises that came as a result of the Covid-19 and other issues. Through political process and popular government, the new members have a moral and public commitment to resuscitate peoples’ trust,” the Iraqi Prime Minister further proceeded on Monday.
