Iran’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan has said unequivocally that the Islamic Republic of Iran will never forsake the Afghan people.

Iran, Afghanistan (PNB News). Hassan Kazemi Qumi, Iran’s special envoy to Afghanistan, is currently on a three-day visit to Afghanistan. After arriving in Kabul on Monday, Kazemi Qumi told the media that the United States has been arming ISIS terrorists to carry out gruesome terrorist attacks in Afghanistan. During a visit to Kabul, Hassan Kazemi said that stability in the region depends on the stability of Afghanistan.

The first meeting between the Taliban-acting foreign minister and Hassan Kazemi was held in Kabul on Tuesday. In a meeting with Amir Khan Muttaqi, Hassan stated that Iran will not relinquish the Afghan people under any circumstances. According to the Taliban’s incumbent foreign minister, trade, economic, and development initiatives were discussed during the meeting. Stating on the question of whether Iran will recognize the Taliban government, Kazemi replied that our stance is compatible with the demands of the Afghan people.
