Nearly 100 Islamic State – K fighters surrendered to the Taliban in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, according to a public officer.
Nangarhar, Afghanistan – (PNB News). During the news briefing, Mohammad Bashir, director of the GDI office, told the media that 100 Daesh members surrendered to Islamic Emirate forces in Nangarhar province.
ISIS-K fighters fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan are said to have yielded to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan forces after the mediation of a hereditary elder.
He further added that settlement between ISIS-K and Taliban took place on Tuesday in Jalalabad city.
Additionally, Bashir said, ” surrendered ISIS-K members have been involved in terrorist activities in several districts of Nangarhar province”.
