At least 59 were feared dead, and 2 apartments consisting of 20 houses had been perished in Cap-Haitien city of Haiti
Haiti, (PNB NEWS). A truck conveying fuel blew up in the Haitian city of Cap-Haitien, killing about 59 people, and injuring dozens more.
After the blast, the oil tempo burst into flames and went up in the air, burning at least 59-60 people alive, and erasing 20 houses.
“We can’t say how many casualties are inside the houses just yet,” govt official said on Tuesday.

One of the eyewitnesses said that a tragedy took place when an oil tanker driver lost control of the vehicle.
People who went to collect spilled oil were killed in an inferno caused by a tanker blast.
Govt officials told the media while briefing, that rescue teams leaped into action after receiving an emergency call, and transferred dead bodies and injured to the hospital after pulling them out of the vehicle’s wreckage.
Local officers have yet to announce the identities of the blast victims.
Prime Minister Ariel Henry declared three days of mourning after the incident.
