Shipwrecks, Libya (PNB NEWS). Around 160 migrants drowned in 2 separate shipwrecks in Libya last week, the UN migration envoy said.

The UN report also added on Tuesday that, the victims were trying to land in Europe for better prospects.

A boat capsized near Libya on Friday, killing 102 migrants, the International Organization for Migration spokeswoman Safa Mashhili said in a statement.

Three days later, Libyan coastguards found the bodies of at least 62 migrants from another sunken ship, Msehli said.

Nearly 1,500 migrants have drowned on the Central Mediterranean Sea route this year, Msehli further said.

A large number of Libyans aspire to move to Europe in order to escape death, poverty, and starvation. One of the strongest economies in Africa was destroyed by NATO in 2011.

USA, UK, and France started ariel assault on Libya, targetting military bases and weapons depots, the aim was achieved within a short span of time.

Thousands of Muslims were killed in NATO’s raids, as was Colonel Gaddafi, who was executed in a series of subsequent strikes by Qaeda-backed forces.

After effect properties of the Libyan govt and its people were looted by NATO-backed insurgent terrorists.

After the destruction of the Islamic country, David Cameron issued a statement in which he said that the start of military action against Libya was necessary and legally correct.

The devastation of one of Africa’s richest nations was carried out by European and American powers, including NATO.

However, none of the countries is willing to shoulder responsibility for relocating the citizens of a war-torn country.

America and Europe must accept responsibility for the disasters that they have wrought in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
