Brazil: Dam Burst Wrought Havoc In Bahia State

. Dam break incident in the northeast region of Brazil kills 18 people. . The dam collapsed due to heavy rains, killing 18 injuring 200+. . Around 35,000 people were evacuated from their dwellings. Governor, Rui Costa told reporters in Ilheus, one of the most affected cities, that the floods had affected approximately 40 cities across the state of Bahia.
