São Paulo, Brazil (PNB NEWS). According to reports deadly sporadic rainfalls have wreaked havoc on the Brazilian state São Paulo.
At least 21 people have reportedly been killed and 14 others missing after heavy rains swept through the state, media reported on Monday.
As per the state governor, nine more people have been hurt, and more than 700 families have been relocated.
Govt said at least 40 people have been killed in different states of Brazil since the start of the rainy seasons.
The state government has begun rescue operations in flood-affected areas in order to protect residents from further damages.
