Nigerian Military airstrike targeting “bandits” killed & injured 13 children in Niger
Nigeria, (PNB NEWS). 7 Children were killed when the Nigerian military mistakenly strafed the civilian residence in Niger, govt said.
Govt said 4 of the 7 kids died at the scene following the airstrike, while 3 others succumbed to injuries on their way to the hospital on Friday.
5 more children were critically hurt in the same horrific tragedy, the governor said.

He further said that airstrikes pounded the wedding event, killing 7 kids and injuring 5 others.
To quell the insurrection, airstrikes were fired in the village of Nachadé, but the civilian target was hit, he said.
Nigerian authorities announced that an investigation into the real cause of the accident has been launched.
