The head of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Directorate was dismissed for charges related to the assassination attempt on al-Kadhimi. According to a highly secured source, Sabah al-Shibi, the director of explosive ordnance disposal, has been fired. The same source added that al-Shibli has been transferred to the Administrative and Professional Inspection Department. The reason for the transfer has not been made clear in detail. .Three Islamic State Terrorists Killed in Kirkuk . Major General Yahya Rasool claimed on Thursday . Terrorists were killed in Wadi Zayghoun in Iraq Iraq, (PNB NEWS). Gen. Yahya Rasool, spokesman for the Joint Military Command has said that 3 ISIS members were killed in Kirkuk. He also said in a press release on Thursday that an anti-terror operation had been launched in Kirkuk's Zigon Valley.
