Taliban Vows To Hunt Down ISIS-K
September 07 (PNB News). Mullah Neda Mohammad, governor of Nangarhar province promises to hunt down Islamic State terrorists in Afghanistan. Mullah Neda Mohammad is a former commander of a Taliban organization that defeated the western-backed government month ago. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant Khorasan that is believed to be assisted by the former Afghanistan intelligence is on its last legs after the Taliban's swift gains in Afghanistan. Islamic State Khorasan(ISIS-K) was formed in Afghanistan in 2015.ISIS-K is an offshoot of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.ISIS-K has largely been hostile to the Taliban. Commanders of ISIS-K have criticized the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan in the latest statement.
