South Korea Has Committed To Unblock Iran’s Assets

South Korea, (PNB NEWS). Notwithstanding US one-sided sanctions, the South Korean govt is committed to unblocking Iran's frozen funds, Iran said.  South Korean Deputy Choi Jong-Kun met with Iranian high profile diplomat Ali Bagheri at the Islamic Republic of Iran's Embassy in Vienna. Chong Geun also met and spoke with key negotiators from the US and JCPOA member countries. Chong Geun spoke about the importance of Korea-Tehran relations at the request of the Korean side. According to Iran media, 70 years old Major General Firouzabadi succumbed to Coronavirus disease. Major General Firouzabadi served as a member of the Expediency Discernment Council.
